Hi! I’m Elizabeth.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings equal parts warmth, humor, and clinical skill to the therapy room. Based in Mequon, WI, I specialize in supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, and big life transitions—the messy, in-between seasons where things feel uncertain but growth is possible.

Over the past several years, I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, from care coordination and intakes to full-time psychotherapy. I’ve honed my skills in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, and trauma-informed care, and am especially passionate about helping clients build insight, set realistic goals, and make meaningful, sustainable changes in their lives.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are— tough feelings, dark humor, and all. In session, I blend structure with flexibility, using practical tools and gentle accountability while honoring each person’s unique story and pace.

I offer individual therapy sessions both via telehealth and in person, giving you the flexibility to choose the setting where you feel most comfortable and supported. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating the challenging, complex, and often transitional seasons of life—those times when everything feels overwhelming, uncertain, or simply not like “you.”

My therapeutic style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating space for understanding, healing, and growth. I weave together meaningful insight, practical coping tools, and a gentle sense of humor to help lighten the load and make the process feel more human. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build confidence in your path forward, and feel a greater sense of ease.

  • I pull from several different evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to you as a whole person. These approaches include:

  • First Session (Intake):

    We’ll talk about what brought you in, your history, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. You can also ask me any questions about the process or my style.

    Ongoing Sessions:

    We will set goals together and regularly check in on how things are going

    Sessions may include reflection, skill-building, gentle challenging, and space to simply “be” if that’s what you need.

    Sweatpants, real talk, and humor are all welcome!

  • At this time I am not in network with insurance.

    I am an out of network provider and operate on a private pay basis. Upon request, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance company to explore out of network reimbursement.

    Sliding Scale Options

    I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. If cost is a barrier, please reach out and we can talk about options.

  • Life happens—and sometimes schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

    Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
