  • Constant worry, racing thoughts, or a sense of being “on edge”

  • Feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities or life transitions

  • Trouble sleeping, concentrating, or feeling mentally clear

  • Fatigue, burnout, or difficulty finding motivation or joy

  • Low mood, sadness, or a heaviness that doesn’t seem to lift

  • Pulling away from relationships or feeling disconnected from others

  • Physical symptoms like tension, restlessness, headaches, or stomach discomfort

  • Feeling stuck — going through the motions but not feeling like yourself

Is this how you feel?

If any of this resonates with you, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

You don’t have to come to therapy with the perfect words or a clear explanation of what’s wrong. We’ll take things one step at a time, at a pace that feels manageable. There’s no pressure to move faster than you’re ready for.

  • We’ll start by getting to know what’s been weighing on you and what you’re hoping for

  • Together, we’ll explore patterns, thoughts, and emotions that may be contributing to anxiety or low mood

  • You’ll learn practical tools to help you cope with stress, regulate emotions, and feel more grounded

  • Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs — not a one-size-fits-all approach

Who Will I be Working With?

Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth Gross is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Mequon, WI, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and couples therapy. She is currently accepting new clients, including adolescents (ages 13–18), adults (18+), and couples.

Elizabeth’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. She primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and skills-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical tools for daily life. Her work is also trauma-informed and attentive to attachment and relationship dynamics.

She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves—tough feelings, humor, and all. Together, she partners with clients to build insight, confidence, and meaningful, sustainable change.

Reaching out can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before starting. A free consultation is a chance to ask questions, explore whether therapy feels like a good fit, and decide what feels right for you.
