Is this how you feel?
Your mind feels like it’s always racing, and it’s hard to turn your thoughts off
Everyday responsibilities start to feel overwhelming or exhausting
Sleep is difficult, or your mind keeps replaying worries at night
You feel burned out, drained, or mentally foggy
Motivation and joy feel harder to access than they used to
You feel disconnected from others or withdraw from relationships
Stress shows up physically — tension, headaches, restlessness, stomach discomfort
You feel stuck or like you’re just going through the motions
If any of this resonates with you, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
You don’t have to come to therapy with the perfect words or a clear explanation of what’s wrong. We’ll take things one step at a time, at a pace that feels manageable. There’s no pressure to move faster than you’re ready for.
We’ll start by getting to know what’s been weighing on you and what you’re hoping for
Together, we’ll explore patterns, thoughts, and emotional responses that may be contributing to stress, persistent worry, or feeling stuck
You’ll learn practical tools to help you cope with stress, regulate emotions, and feel more grounded
Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach

Who Will I be Working With?
Meet Elizabeth
Elizabeth Gross is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Mequon, WI, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and couples therapy. She is currently accepting new clients, including adults (18+), and couples.
Elizabeth’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. She primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and skills-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical tools for daily life. Her work is also trauma-informed and attentive to attachment and relationship dynamics.
She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves—tough feelings, humor, and all. Together, she partners with clients to build insight, confidence, and meaningful, sustainable change.
Scheduling can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before starting. A free consultation is a chance to ask questions, explore whether therapy feels like a good fit, and decide what feels right for you.
