You Don’t Have to Carry It All Alone
Being a woman often means holding a lot—expectations, responsibilities, relationships, and emotions—often while putting yourself last.
You may feel:
Anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted
Stuck in patterns of self-doubt or people-pleasing
Disconnected from yourself or others
Struggling with life transitions, identity shifts, or role changes
Carrying stress that doesn’t seem to let up
Therapy offers a space that’s just for you—where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to understand what you need.
You don’t need to come to therapy with the right words or a clear explanation of what’s wrong. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, creating a space where you can slow down, reflect, and feel supported.
Therapy is collaborative and flexible—shaped around what you’re experiencing and what you hope to change.
In our work together, you can expect:
Space to talk through what’s been weighing on you—your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life circumstances
Gentle exploration of patterns related to stress, anxiety, boundaries, self-worth, and emotional overwhelm
Practical tools to help you manage difficult emotions, reduce anxiety, and feel more grounded day to day
Support in building self-trust, clarity, and confidence in your choices
Sessions that are compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to your goals
There’s no pressure to move faster than you’re ready for. Therapy meets you where you are—and grows from there.

Who Will I be Working With?
Meet Elizabeth
Elizabeth Gross is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Mequon, WI, who specializes in supporting women through anxiety, depression, postpartum concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She is currently accepting new clients, including adolescents (ages 13–18) and adults (18+).
Elizabeth’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and skills-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage overwhelming emotions, identify unhelpful thought patterns, and build practical coping tools for everyday life. Her work is trauma-informed and strengths-focused, with an emphasis on developing insight, emotional regulation, and self-trust.
As a new mother herself, Elizabeth understands how pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood can affect identity, emotions, relationships, and expectations. While every experience is different, she brings both professional training and genuine empathy to her work with clients navigating this season of change.
Elizabeth strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves—whether that includes difficult emotions, uncertainty, humor, or reflection—while working toward meaningful and sustainable growth.
Reaching out can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before starting. A free consultation is a chance to ask questions, explore whether therapy feels like a good fit, and decide what feels right for you.
