The most important thing to me in the therapeutic relationship is the rapport I have built with my client. I want my clients to feel that they can tell me anything without judgement and feel comfortable being themselves with me.

I’m honored that you are considering working with me. I know taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right fit really matters. My hope is to create a space where you feel welcomed, supported, and able to show up just as you are. To better understand who I am and if we would be a good fit, I have some Q&A below!

I’ve always felt drawn to be a listening ear for others. I find value in being able to help others advocate for themselves and their mental health. This profession is one of the most direct ways to do that and so I felt drawn to it once I took my first Psychology 101 class in high school.

If you’re close to me you know that I am a quiet, observant individual. I love cooking, baking, crafting, collecting coffee mugs, flower arranging, gardening, and reading!

I tend to relate to the INFJ personality type, which is often described as thoughtful, intuitive, and deeply caring. I’m someone who values meaningful connection, emotional insight, and understanding the deeper “why” behind people’s experiences. INFJs are often drawn to helping others, creating a sense of safety, and approaching life with both compassion and intention.
