I'm Elizabeth, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering individual and couples therapy in Mequon, WI — with telehealth available across Wisconsin. I specialize in anxiety, depression, pre & postpartum mental health, and relationship issues. I'm currently accepting new clients (ages 18+) and couples, and serve clients throughout the North Shore Milwaukee area including Thiensville, Cedarburg, Grafton, and Fox Point.
In our work together, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you're welcome to show up exactly as you are — tough feelings, dark humor, and all. I blend evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care with real collaboration, because therapy should feel like something we're doing together, not something being done to you.
I've worked across a range of mental health settings over the past several years, from care coordination to full-time psychotherapy — and I bring all of that experience into every session.

So what kind of services do you offer?
I offer individual and couples talk therapy sessions both via telehealth and in person, giving you the flexibility to choose the setting where you feel most comfortable and supported. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating the challenging, complex, and often transitional seasons of life.
My therapeutic style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating space for understanding, healing, and growth.
I weave together meaningful insight, practical coping tools, and a gentle sense of humor to help lighten the load and make the process feel more human.

First Session (Intake)
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your history, and what you’re hoping to change or understand. You’re welcome to ask anything about the process, my style, or what therapy might look like going forward.Ongoing Sessions
From there, we’ll set goals together and regularly check in on what’s working. Sessions may include reflection, skill-building, gentle challenges, or simply space to slow down and “be” if that’s what you need that day.
Sweatpants, real talk, and a sense of humor are always welcome. -
Life happens, and schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
Billing & Rates
Therapy can often be covered by insurance or paid privately. I work with several major insurance plans through Headway and also offer self-pay options. During your free consultation, we can review your coverage and compare options to find what works best for you.
I accept select insurance plans through Headway, which allows eligible clients to use their insurance benefits directly. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan, and I’m happy to help verify benefits before your first session.

For self-pay or out-of-network services, payment is due at the time of your session, and I’m happy to provide a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement.

Ongoing Couples Sessions: $130
These rates reflect the time, care, and clinical skill that go into creating a supportive, grounded space for meaningful change.
